Chef Liam is saying goodbye to STORE on 24th August 2024.

From Chef Liam:

I will be cooking my final service in STORE on Saturday 24th August 2024.

It’s been one hell of a journey! I returned to my roots in Norwich in April 2020, where Andy and Ludo took pity on an unemployed chef in the height of the pandemic and let me come help them with takeaway orders at Stoke Mill. A conversation at the pub spurred us into action and the idea for STORE was born. I could never have expected what we as a team have achieved in these four years, building STORE up to what it is today, earning a Michelin star in 2023 and retaining it in 2024.

I just want to say a huge thank you to each and every person who has come to eat with us and for making this chapter unforgettable. It's been a pleasure to cook for you all, get to know you and make friends with you. Your love for good food and epic vibes has spurred me on each and every service.

I'll be stirring up trouble in South East Asia for a while, chasing inspiring flavours and expanding my knowledge of Asian cookery.
